Advent Study
Please join us for this year's Advent Study, beginning on Sunday, Nov. 30. We will meet in the Library at 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 30 and Dec. 7, 14, and 21--come to as many sessions as you can. We'll be doing a study by Max Lucado called "Because of Bethlehem," watching a short video each week and using the study guide to follow along. We'll talk about Christ coming into our world and the promise that his birth brings: God is always near us, always for us, and always within us.

Blue Christmas
Christmas can be a time of great love and joy, but it can also be a season of loneliness and loss. Lament is an important part of the Christian tradition. Through lament, we recognize the good, God-given gifts that have been lost. And we focus our attention on the One who knows us deeply, understands our pain, and gives us hope. Our Blue Christmas service will focus on lament, loss, and the Hope that we find in Jesus. Invite your friends who’ve walked through loss to join you in this journey.
